Working - Software Engineer Vigna Solutions Employee Review

Vigna Solutions was a good starting step of my career in the U.S. I have worked for this company for almost a year on the client site. During my period with Vigna, the leadership team was constantly in touch with me, had shown sincere interest in finding solutions to the problems I had faced at the client site. The best thing I love about this company is that they arrange training sessions for the employees if needed and are very flexible and supportive of their employees.

I did not face any problem during my time with Vigna.

There is nothing good about working at Vigna.

Position is not as described. Assignments aren't managed by the manager; however, this position is actually the manager's position handed off to the employee.
