Pros
Senior workers are friendly and helpful. Good opportunity to get exposure to various situations in construction industry. Pay is OK-ish if you got posted in HQ office.
Cons
The company is basically short-handed, so workload is very heavy. You will need to do a lot of OT(9-10pm) but there's no OT pay. Top management is unfriendly and unhelpful, with heavy focus on minor issues instead of quality of work. You will face difficulties in work simply because bosses often can't remember thing they said before. The company is very reluctant on workforce development. You will be using slow computer and outdated software. If you want to go for professional training or courses they will ask you to sign bond. The company is a family business, so obviously there's very limited space for career advancement. Employee welfare is below average standard. Bad reputation among sub-contractors.
