Pros
I did think hard on what are some of pros, but to be honest, i can't think of any at this moment of time.
Cons
-Very bad quality and safety records, bad client relationship. -Almost non-exist benefit, next-to-none allowance and bonus, tedious and troublesome claim process -Management members are unfriendly and unhelpful -Long work hours with no compensation, ridiculously heavy workload yet no OT pay -Family business, top management all occupied by boss's relatives, thus no career advancement -Unreasonable salary structure, low starting pay and every year $0-50 increment -Offers no training or professional course -Uses bond to threaten and tie employees down -Micromanagement -(personal exp.) was asked to leave without given any reason or any forms of compensation
