Pros

Close to home if you live nearby, accessible via bus/train, bi-weekly pay with direct deposit, easy to get friends and family employed if they need a gig

Cons

The management is inconsiderate of their staff. They use a scheduling system called 'Hot Schedules' that gives you the ability to requests days off - yet they COMPLETELY disregard your availability and will schedule you on days you've requested off. There isn't a high standard of integrity among the staff or operations at the Littleton location. Often times people will be late causing stress to the staff but management won't do anything to correct the problem. There is also a rampant substance abuse problem among management but once again managers will continue to hold their positions despite being drunk / high on the job. It's embarrassing working for an establishment with such little integrity and regard for their staff. You'd be wise not to work for them.

Pros

Leaves a lot to be desired but the concept is cool

Cons

Micromanaging from senior management and a somewhat hateful negative environment, they expect the management to work around years of neglect to the property with no investment into the location that produces the most consistent and record breaking sales numbers, they don’t take care of their staff so if you’re one of the ones that stay you get abused and over worked with the hope that eventually everything gets better. You’re not rewarded or shown any sort of support or gratitude for working extra shifts just get hit with more work and expectations. There’s no clear route for growth anywhere and the team there barely gets by. If you want things to improve you have to take care of the people running your ship not take out the lack of willing applicants on them.
