      With viettel you can have knowledge and experience for your carrier. Knowing how vietnamese are and how they treat their employees

      Cons

      Very difficult to build your personal life...like having a family and care your siblings or parents and other members of your family as all you are paid it is just a basic money for yo to survive for food and transport to the work.

      If you have no experiences, you should work there for 1 year.

      Cons

      Very strict rule. They also have the dress code. You cannot be flexible about time and clothes.
