      - Good and dynamic working environment, ideal place for graduates to learn. - Various team building activities, training class, contest within the company, company trip. - Working attitude is highly detailed and perfect-oriented.

      Cons

      - Work load is heavy. - Low salary. - Work can be challenged if you cant get along with team culture.

      Good Benefit, Good training, Good Professional Environment.

      Cons

      Quite Stressful if you are in the Sales team (which is around 75% of the company population). Not that much chance for English Speaker to make use of your skill. 85% of the company are women too...
