The work environment is very positive and in a trendy neighborhood. They recently upgraded to a new showroom space in Hollywood almost 3 times the size of the previous location in nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant options. Owners very supportive and look out for the best interest of employees. It is small company poised for substantial growth and something can be proud to be a part of and grow alongside with rather than slaving for large corporations that do not recognize the needs of individuals on a personal level and professional level.

It is still a smaller business which means everything you do is noticed and matters the the growth and reputation. If you do not like being exposed for your work results this is not the place for you.

The custom program is solid.

The showroom is in an industrial area in Santa Monica. No parking for customers. Homeless people often wonder in and ask to use the bathroom. The isolation of the place is unsettling especially when working alone. The owners NEVER pay you on time. Your paycheck will be up to two weeks late on a regular basis but they still expect very high sales figures. They do not give you any incentive to stay on as an employee. No health benefits or bonuses .
