Pros
Overall, everything has been a great experience. I've firsthand experienced growth for every effort I've put in. I started off here as a Junior/beginner level employee and over a very short span of time I've managed to achieve a managerial role thanks to my efforts and commitment, and fulfilment of the company's expectations and what they see in me. Thus it wouldn't be wrong if I stated that the past few years working here proved to be better than every other employment I've served. The products themselves are incredible, pack great potential and are amazing to work with. These products really go on to show the meticulous effort taken to build them over the course of 20 years, with constant evolution as time passes by. Moreover, over my tenure I've seen these products get implemented for real life applications where they play a key role in improving several human lives - which brings in a sense of fulfilment for a greater purpose. The company comes with a great bunch of people and peers to work with - each adding in their own set of value and a charm to work alongside in their own aspect. From the CEO down to the guy that gives me my daily tea, everyone at the workplace is incredible.
Cons
With an expansionist view, I'd say the company should look into bigger teams, more people, and expand to new territories globally for better operations in a broader spectrum of time zones, geographies and the customers they bring in.
