Pros

The best thing about Videoslots is eventually leaving. They have normal things like coffee, food or drink sometimes. They say there is education benefits but I don't know anyone who has this. Events are made for corporates only, not employees who stay in a different office. It was better before, these years there is less pay and benefits for most people.

Cons

Not a successful company and not recommended. Difficult working and being proud of the job or company. Shark practice toward customers, EX: giving payout slowly and hoping the customers lose their money. Lazy managers and team leads. All the time not available. No one knows what is happening, everything expected immediately. Managers don't know what they are doing, they blame and threaten everyone else, take no responsibility and no work planning. The same group are heard, promoted and stay talking together, they expect everything done for them. Many join and leave from the company fast, the reason is sad and angry people, insecure job and low pay. It was o.k. but now in the last years are only worse, poor performance, fines and complaining customers.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We appreciate your feedback and we are grateful for the time you took to leave us your review. This kind of feedback is important for us to identify what we are doing well and where we need to make improvements. Videoslots has grown rapidly from a start-up to a medium sized company and to be successful we have had to make changes in the way we operate to ensure compliance with our regulated markets. The transition from start-up to a more established business is no easy task and we appreciate this may have caused certain challenges along the way. The i-Gaming industry is extremely agile and sometimes this may result in ‘organised chaos’ and tight deadlines, which we understand is not an environment that everyone enjoys working in. We regularly benchmark our compensation and benefits packages to ensure Videoslots is a fair and competitive employer of choice and we treat our employees equally. We do have our quarterly team events, whilst some other events are department specific and we will use your feedback to improve the way we communicate event attendance across our people. Once again we thank you for your feedback.

Pros

In an environment like this, it’s difficult to find any real pros worth mentioning

Cons

From my very first day, it was clear that professionalism and transparency were missing. I learned that my role had already been reassigned before I even started, yet no one communicated that to me. Despite being left out of the loop, I still delivered all assigned tasks. Instead of being acknowledged, I was unfairly judged and even accused of lying on my resume — a baseless and deeply unprofessional remark from the Marketing Director. HR, meanwhile, displayed a worrying lack of knowledge about proper hiring and immigration procedures. Instead of arranging a legal work permit for a third-country national, they insisted on using a tourist visa. This is a serious malpractice that could jeopardize a candidate’s legal status and future — it reflects negligence, not care. Lastly, the company often speaks about diversity, but having employees from different cultures doesn’t mean you truly respect diversity. Real diversity is about treating everyone equally, with fairness and empathy, regardless of where they come from. Until management learns to treat all employees with respect and equality, the concept of “diversity” remains a hollow slogan.

We would like to provide clarification regarding the statements made in this review. Immense Group strictly complies with Maltese labour and immigration legislation. All international employees are required to obtain an approved work permit before commencing employment. The company does not suggest, encourage, or permit work to be carried out under a tourist visa under any circumstances. We strongly reject the accusation and we reserve the right to act accordingly. Relocation and onboarding procedures are conducted through formal and lawful channels, and our HR team provides structured guidance throughout the process to ensure compliance and clarity. We maintain clear internal procedures for communication, task delegation, and role responsibilities which result in a fair and transparent working environment at every stage of the employee experience.
