Videology currently offers a wealth of employee benefits, providing a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that attracts, retains, and engages our workforce. In terms of compensation: Videology’s base compensation is competitive within the markets we reside. And, based on past reviews, employees know there’s a ton of opportunity to grow (and earn more) within this company. We are constantly reviewing and evolving our benefit offerings to best align with the needs of our employees. We have accomplished so much over the past few years; in January 2014, our executive team outlined key strategic priorities for all of us to ensure we continue on this trajectory.
