11yAs a company focused on continually assessing and positively impacting our current work environment, we’d like to take a moment to provide Glassdoor readers some insight into the benefits we have to offer.
Videology currently offers a wealth of employee benefits, providing a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package that attracts, retains, and engages our workforce. From health care benefits (medical/dental/vision, life & disability coverage, a robust wellness program) to the financial (variable compensation plan, equity options), we aim to meet our employees’ needs. In addition, there are plenty of “me” benefits focused on fostering employee satisfaction and success (such as paid time off, flexible scheduling, employee development programs – and a soon-to-be-announced employee recognition program). In terms of compensation: Videology’s base compensation is competitive within the markets we reside. And, based on past reviews, employees know there’s a ton of opportunity to grow (and earn more) within this company. We are constantly reviewing and evolving our benefit offerings to best align with the needs of our employees.
We have accomplished so much over the past few years; in January 2014, our executive team outlined key strategic priorities for all of us to ensure we continue on this trajectory. We have not wavered on these priorities though we must continually assess the best pathway to success. Pretty typical in this fast-paced industry!
