Having to deal with the worst CEO I've ever met, he has no strategic vision at all and his management style... Let's just say that he can be extremely rude sometimes, to the point of being the reason behind most of the company's staff turnover (very high for a company where salary is fine, team is amazing and the project is quite interesting). A very good example of what a bad leader (if we can call him that) can do to a pretty good company.

It is a bit outside Barcelona, but very easily reachable with car or public transport (a new train station just opened very close to it).
