Pros
VGT has a lot of upsides and had even more. It has a great success story behind the work of its owner. It had magnificent culture. It has lots of growth and it looks like its going to sell for a good value. VGT's product is awesome and the customers really seem to like it. There is even some amount of loyal talent that is still there.
Cons
VGT has the wrong people in leadership at the C levels and the VP levels. Many of the directors were useless. Before any potential purchase, VGT is a sole owned company and any fixes or changes have to go up the chain of command to the owner to succeed. That doesn't happen. VGT penalizes you for not toweng the line even though they change the line. It may not intend to have that brand but VGT is developing ineptitude for internal morale and strategic talent management.
