absolutely no pros to this company

This company is full of big promises and never deliver. HR is a joke and the CEO is rude and doesn't care about his worker -treats them like slaves. They var crazy disorganized. Lunches changed from 1 hour to 30 mins but people still took 1-2 hours and HR chose who got in trouble while others got away with murder. Major favouritism in this company. People would call in sick all the time and never bring in a doctors note but then all of a sudden you needed one. HR never answered the phone when calling in sick because. she was too busy doing her makeup. The company is run by the CEO's friends and babysit you to make sure you don't rip them off by even 5 mins because they are cheap. The company pays employees solely on investors money and people haven't been payed from June - august. They would rather spend money building an office that is never. ready. The current office doesn't even have lighting or a bathroom. They do not support any equipment necessary to be an employee. This isn't the first time people haven't gotten payed. overall the turn over is very high.

The cons outweigh any pros I may have

- Unpaid wages - Complete disregard for the Employment Standards Act - Management has no experience running a technology startup, or any business for that matter - Run by awful people who think they're better than their employees and above the law
