      The principal is the problem, no real construction knowledge and absolutely no respect for workers or the customers. He's rude and ego driven.

      Pros

      Weekly training is great. Health insurance and dental paid by company. 401k match. Paid vacation. Bonuses during CAT events and on large losses.

      The downside of working there is little to none.
