      I can’t think of a single one unless you are fine without having ethics and just getting a check.

      Cons

      The owner sets the culture and his worries are margins, not customers. Will skirt every corner necessary.

      Pros

      Weekly training is great. Health insurance and dental paid by company. 401k match. Paid vacation. Bonuses during CAT events and on large losses.

      Cons

      The downside of working there is little to none.
