Pros

It's great if you know exactly what you are getting into and are properly prepared for it. 1. Living in beautiful Puerto or Nuevo Vallarta 2. Ease of transition. Company handles getting you from one country to the other. 3. Company perks like free rooms on resorts, free access to Cirque Show and day trip to Cancun 4. Beautiful property 5. Surrounded by ambitious/successful people 6. Company sponsored training and development 7. Game room

Cons

Patient Zero is the Compensation plan. Commissions are too low. 35% of that is taken for 'taxes'. Then there are hold backs. You must pay for coffee, drinks, paperwork, room boys, someone to save your deal if it cancels. And then there's ... 1. Zero transparency 2. Minimal control of your life 3. Office politics 4. Too much Gossip 5. Love lines 6. No respect for the sacrifice you make leaving your home to come work for them 7. Their way or the highway 8. You are not allowed to ask questions. 9. If they decide to let you go they send you home with nothing
