Pros
VidMob is a company that has both a great culture and outlook. Everyone is as productive as ever working from home for the last year and they help us make sure we have everything we need in order to be successful working from home.
Cons
Don't provide 401k matching but that's it

As an update, as of this year, we do provide 401(k) matching up to 3% :)
Vidmob really has been at the forefront of an industry and completely pioneering creative data. It's hard to think of a bigger opportunity space to work in.
Cons
The flip side of being at the forefront is the challenges that come with figuring out the exact market fit. After some significant shifts, I think Vidmob's on the right path there.
