The only pro I can think of is that you can pick up videos to tag them at your convenience.

They say $10/hour is the base, then they pay a total per video regardless of hours worked. Training is on your own with minimal guidance. Ridiculous nuances for content and inconsistent standards for publishers, which is ultimately penalized against the tagger.
