There are some employees that are really nice but are overwhelmed by the hours they work and lack of support from management.

Notice that most of the positive reviews came within the same day. Beware of these fake reviews. Most employees have low morale due to pay and lack of respect given by their managers. The company is growing but no employee benefits from it. Most if not a majority end up getting fired the week before Christmas when the season ends. Do not make this job your primary because if you get hired in July you are most likely fired come December when they lay off almost everyone. No advancement. Managers and supervisors are openly disgruntled. There is advancement into supervisor positions but thats only because they end up quitting and someone has to fill the position. for the most part those positions go with no pay increase. Starting pay is laughable and they don't take account any experience. Almost every department is completely disorganized and have managers with little to no experience that would rather tell employees how much they messed up then try to come up with solutions. Department managers are very hostile with one another and have an us vs. them mentality with other departments. No benefits and no raises. They will tell you that you'll get a raise after 3 months when you learn your position, but most people never get it or quit before that time. There are some rooms in the building where employees work that smell of toxic fumes that you can smell in the hallway.
