Fun place, great people - Manager Victory Pointe Arcade Employee Review

The owner is a fantastic guy. His biggest strengths are letting people do their jobs to the best of their ability without meddling or trying to be "right," and going to bat for his employees whenever possible- no putting up with abusive customers here. And honestly, our customers are great. When someone walks into your door because they want to have fun, they tend to be in a good mood, and being able to hand them a milkshake doesn't hurt. I think I've had three confrontations with bad customers in almost 7 years.
