      Pros

      Some of my coworkers were very nice.

      Cons

      Management is very immature, you will be treated like they own you. They might freeze you out, belittle or badmouth you behind your back (yes, management does that here). The environment in the company is unpleasant. I have seen SEO screaming at people. HR can be passive aggressive.

      Pros

      If you are someone with good work ethics, do your job well, listen and learns, this will be the right place for you. The management are involved on a day to day running of the business which means if you are someone who takes pride in their work, you will get noticed (at any level) and you will get opportunities.

      Cons

      As per my point above, if you are someone who is negative, loves to complain, comes into work late for no good reason, you will be found out quickly and eventually realise this is not the place for you.
