      Junior staff are really friendly; everyone seems trauma-bonded Fair pay, good benefits

      Cons

      Lack of diversity, disrespect of personal boundaries, CEO out of touch with junior staff, "save yourself" attitude, poor training, low energy, everyone was very burnt out, lots of leadership changes, unsteady energy of the organization

      Mission focused, team members have big hearts, the work is tough with the current political climate but very meaningful.
