Pros
- Get out early on Fridays (4pm) - Lunch on Fridays - Office is in a good location
Cons
- Horrible PTO policy - Sub par health insurance - Poor management PTO is basically one day a month after six months of employment, which is completely ridiculous. Managers are condescending and not question friendly, which is bad if you do not have prior experience working in a law office or with SSD/SSDI.
