Pros

- Culture: Victorious fosters real relationship bonds between coworkers. You go to work and you're surrounded by a lot of smart and competent individuals that care about their job. It's easier to do great work when people care and you're provided a space in which you can excel. There's lots of constructive criticism with no BS or sugar-coating on regular one-on-one meetings with managers which is very useful to continually strive to be a better "you". - Training: Amazing training with lots of avenues provided and encouraged to expand knowledge and skillsets. - Work: Always striving to do better work and improve the processes that are in place. Great "testing" mindset to try different things which is always great in the SEO space. - Industry Awards: Agency has been consistently winning more and more industry awards. - Promotion roadmap: Requirements for promotion were created to let you know exactly what you need to work on to continue growing. - PTO: Having the flexibility to take time off as needed relieves a lot of burdens. - Location: Very accessible if you drive. The office is right off the 101 so it takes me ~15 minutes to drive to work.

Cons

- Salary could be better. - Need more diversity. - Could do more team outings.

Pros

Victorious is a great place to work! I find the work challenging and also really impactful. You get to work alongside some brilliant and fun people. I've always felt supported, and I’ve grown a ton during my time here. The work is rewarding, and the team here is very smart.

Cons

Like any growing agency, there are some growth pains, but it seems like leadership listens and genuinely wants to improve in all the right ways.

Pros

In the beginning, a strong heartbeat and meaningful mission.

Cons

Greed eventually set in. Leadership expanded operations to recruit and onboard an entire 8-person "automation" division. This department would develop a tool so great that it would eventually capture endless sums of green from SMBs that were desperate to elevate their organic profiles- but could not afford true agency work. This massive tactical error consumed 2-3 years of leadership bandwidth and depleted enormous sums of company reserves. Incredibly immature and Ill-fated decisions soon followed.
