Hands Down, the best workplace I've ever been a part of - Office Manager Victorious Employee Review

Pros

For me, the best thing about working at Victorious is that it's just a plain out fun place. The people here really care about each other, and you're not simply viewed as a "human resource". So many places will work you until you burn out, and Victorious has made a real commitment to NOT being that kind of workplace. You're valued for your working contributions, yes, but also for what you bring to the table as a human being. Work-life balance is a real thing here- yes, a lot of companies now have unlimited PTO, but you're discouraged from actually using it. Here, you are encouraged to take time off to travel, rest, and recharge. If you're looking for a place that will embrace the full picture of who you are as a person, encourage you to succeed and push past your goals, and allow you to laugh every day while growing as a person *and* an employee, Victorious might be the place for you.

Cons

With an open floor plan, it can get a little loud at times (but that's why we have the "phone booths" and 3 breakout rooms to have quiet time in!).

Pros

Victorious is a great place to work! I find the work challenging and also really impactful. You get to work alongside some brilliant and fun people. I've always felt supported, and I’ve grown a ton during my time here. The work is rewarding, and the team here is very smart.

Cons

Like any growing agency, there are some growth pains, but it seems like leadership listens and genuinely wants to improve in all the right ways.

Pros

In the beginning, a strong heartbeat and meaningful mission.

Cons

Greed eventually set in. Leadership expanded operations to recruit and onboard an entire 8-person "automation" division. This department would develop a tool so great that it would eventually capture endless sums of green from SMBs that were desperate to elevate their organic profiles- but could not afford true agency work. This massive tactical error consumed 2-3 years of leadership bandwidth and depleted enormous sums of company reserves. Incredibly immature and Ill-fated decisions soon followed.
