The workload, compared to other facilities, is the best I've seen; you have more time to spend with each resident as long as you have good 'time management' skills.

Staffing issues .. frequently short handed. Nursing having to fill CNA holes.
Excellent director of nursing. Very passionate, caring . Fun place to work. Residents are like family. Therapy department and dietary very elite.
Cons
Upper management non-caring, only interested about money. No regard to type of residents or number . Corporate nurse very hateful, full of herself. Rehires same people they fire.
