Pros
Management can be a bit clueless, as the foreign teachers are sectioned off- but they stay pretty hands off so long as you do you job reasonably well.
The school is honest in its pay procedures and reasonably decent with its benefits, pay is not extraordinary, but averaging 70K+/mo. is alright for the countryside.
Your coworkers are decent folk, and office politics are not really a thing.
Classes are pretty small, and while the students aren't angels, there decent kids that won't give you too much of a headache.
Cons
Middle management, one in particular, has poor interpersonal skills and operates in a self-serving manner as apposed to the previous holder of the position who served as an intermediary on behalf of the foreign teachers and upper management. Current middle-management will throw you under the bus to serve themselves. This is only sporadically an issue- but it could happen to you.
Paperwork level varies- some teachers get buried.
Students English level is decent but not in commensurate with the work required of them in the International program.
