      By far one of the greatest staffs I've ever worked for

      Cons

      Pay can be a little low if you are first coming in. It's going to take many years of dedication to progress with income. There is no problem with working your way up the ladder, but expect to start low first going in.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Management cares about their employees. They don't layoff staff when work backlog is low. Clean, air conditioned, well organized factory. Management is always available for any reason.

      Cons

      Sometimes the coffee vending machines malfunction.

      Very nice people, family atmosphere.

      Cons

      Incredibly awful pay and pay raises stop or drop to next to nothing once you get to a certain (very low) pay-point. Management is unable to keep different departments working well together (i.e. Shipping/Logistics and Sales)
