Pros

Always have a super high caseload so you can meet your required hours for licensure fairly quickly.

Cons

Basically everything else. My site specifically was pretty traumatic - many people including supervisors/clinicians/behavioral aids/office support staff that left were burnt out (having panic attacks, crying spells, etc) and didn’t even go on to other work. However, the agency overall as a whole has poor ethics and does not care about it’s employees (or clients for that matter). Issues were brought up time and time again to management through formal and informal channels and they were met with retaliation and attempts to exert power over employees that are educated adults. The company does not care about you at all and does not care if their policies and leadership tactics negatively affect your mental health and/or productivity, leading to less than desirable care for the clients and their families. Direct client staff shoulder the blame for management/leadership inefficiencies and mistakes. Employees overall don’t get support but just get told to “do your work”. Very high caseloads with hollow promises to reduce them and make things more manageable.
