Pros

Small company with a hands on and personable owner who seems to care. The benefits are decent compared to other companies.

Cons

Working in their downtown office is a nightmare. The bosses are micromanagers, with 3 managers for 4 employees. They are so bored that they literally make up rules as they go. Be careful, because they fire people constantly.

Pros

- Great deal of respect for core policies that have been developed, established, and maintained. - An environment in which skilled individuals can work together respectfully to continually develop quality products/services while maintaining core values. - A challenging enough task for a brick and mortar business, but even more commendable being a diverse virtual environment as a remote first company. - Understanding the value of knowledge and provide methods to capture and share. - Understand the value of repeatable-quality products and services which in turn becomes part of the value-brand. - Understand the value of continuous improvement within an innovative environment.

Cons

- Recommend improving intranet environment.

Pros

Overall, Victor 12 was a great place to work. I was with the company for nearly 4 years, and there were many perks: remote work, excellent work/life balance, understanding leadership.

Cons

You are a government contractor and those contracts can be terminated at any time. There were three rounds of layoffs throughout 2025 and at the beginning of 2026.
