Will enjoy if you're a music lover, meet artists and singers. People are easy to get along with and so with the management. Management is very supportive with their employees and took some extra effort to help them.
Cons
limited career growth and advancement. If you're in sales, bonuses is unlimited and very rewarding at the end of the day. No sales quota to reach and as long as you're at the best on your everyday sales performance.
