      When I worked at Vicious I always felt like the Managers were concerned with more than just what was going on in the office. They would go out of their way to make sure work and life were balanced for employees.

      Owned by a larger company so company projects seem like they were dolled out rather than being something that might be more fun and exciting

      Pros

      Talented people Beer socials on Fridays Good atmosphere Company outings such as going to the movies Kitchen stocked with sodas and snacks

      Cons

      The place is called Vicious Cycle for a reason. There was a cycle of crunching to finish a game only to be faced again with the same issue. Too much content and not enough time. In the end games could use more polish.
