Pros
They have a Benefits Program
Cons
The executive management lacks direction or at least the ability to communicate that with their staff, they like to do a monthly "Town Hall Meeting" to get on the same page and the facade that there is an open communication to better collaborate on projects, however this is false, they won't hear your opinions - 'they'll try it next time'. As a performance manager, the inside clique's will have room for growth and have prioritized time off. Product has lots of bugs and would rather add features than than fix issues. Don't change what isn't broken, and if it is broken, hide it until it goes up in flames and starts forest fires. The company culture is reserved for nepotism, they will try to do 'group bonding' activities for social media and for their facade, but the heart isn't there.
