Cons
Culture of zero accountability or honesty. Manager routinely gives mixed directions, doesn't include you in decision making that involves you and your workload. Political manager who consistently goes out of her way to have political conversations with team and undermines colleagues who disagree with her. She is also a notorious liar who lacks any leadership skills to support new team members.
