Pros
- It's a lovely community, most employees are welcoming and most supervisors are understanding. - Everyone knows when it is time to joke and when it is time to work. There is no laziness or distractions. - Honest pay. They pay you what they say they will. - Clear instructions. - Sometimes if they need urgent staff for support and you are available the pay is increased which acts as a bonus.
Cons
- The hours can be very long, but it pays well for the hours compared to other companies. Plus the jobs are only temporary (3 days to 1 month) so you mostly will not suffer from the hours much. - You have to wait at least 10 days after finishing a job to receive your payment, sometimes it can extend to 2 weeks. But I assume this depends on the event organizer and how quickly they pay Vibes. - Sometimes very unresponsive. You will need to call a few times or message to check whether you've received a job that you applied for or not. Sometimes they will not say anything and you'll just have to assume they didn't pick you.
