Pros

Bonded team from legacy pfizer who are close and work well together and have each other's back, doing what is right for good of company.

Cons

Being acquired by mylan means the good historically proven legacy pfizer practices are being moved out and just accepting legacy mylan practices. People from other teams from legacy pfizer including experienced leaders "retired" or "retiring". Morale of remaining good staff is low. Senior Legacy mylan leaders mostly staff who worked in company 20 30 years and not receptive to orher practices or ideas, only they are right. Restructuring ongoing and businesses and operations moving to legacy mylan teams. Less ideal decisions made on organisation, businesses and ways of working by board of directors and senior leadership.

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
