      Pros

      Mylan Pharmaceuticals was a great company to work. Mr. Puskar established a great business and took care of his employees and the area.

      Cons

      Upper management is more interested in then money than quality. Hence, they have moved manufacturing products to India and are not held to the same standards.

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
