Pros

Good benefits; good colleagues who are motivated to help others; desire to want to do more process alignment with integration;

Cons

Whilst many speak of great leaders within teams, many senior leaders are former Mylan who cannot create a strategy or direction and communicate the strategy throughout the department or organization. Most micromanage conversations/decisions and discourage all growth in employees. In particular, there are a couple global leaders who everyone talks about, but no one will deal with their lack of vision and pointed disrespectful behavior. The lack of organization leads to issues within the departments as well as creates interdepartmental discord. The departments run very lean and workload is passed around where no one is clear on their job.

Pros

Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

Cons

Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
