2yThank you for the review. We are truly committed to listening to employee feedback and making the changes we need to make to ensure our employees have opportunities to learn and grow with Viasat. With the increasing cost of medical care and the goal of offering our employees and their families affordable and quality care, we added a third plan this year to bring employees a less expensive option. Because of this, employees were asked to re-enroll so they could consider all the options. Additionally, to make sure all employees are aware of the changes, we’ve followed up individually with employees who haven’t taken action in their accounts.
