      Pros

      Benefit package is still one of the greatest out there. Flexible work environment. Engineering centric company.

      Cons

      If you are not an engineer, it is just another company. If you are an engineer, it used to be a great company, but now has grown into a corporate behemoth. It will only get worse as Mark D continues his departure.
