Pros

If you are in RF Engineering, life can be great. They have casino night, snacks, gym, and all amenities that other corporations have.

Cons

If you are in a lot of other roles outside of RF Engineering, be prepared to work a lot. The pay is not competitive and they work you into the ground. There are people forced to work odd hours and rarely on a consistent basis. The HR department (called "People and Culture") does not care about people and only wants to hear about their "culture". Be prepared to be inundated with ESG score material every day. This company is also paranoid about everything, so you have to sign in to every program using your phone and you will have to badge into the building several times. If you are a woman, you'll get promoted very fast here.

There is freedom to approach each project as you see fit. Strong support from senior leadership.

Cons

When several programs peak at the same time the hours start to creep up pretty quickly.

Pros

Good work-life balance with flexible scheduling

Cons

Over the past several years, the company has lacked a clear long-term strategy, resulting in frequent reorganizations, shifting priorities, and multiple rounds of layoffs. Decision-making often feels reactive rather than strategic, creating uncertainty and making it difficult to execute long-term plans. Internal processes can also be overly complex, slowing down work and reducing efficiency.
