      Pros

      The culture here is great, there is always challenging and interesting work going on. It is very easy to get yourself involved in projects that interest you. The company is very flexible and seems to have a strong drive to make employees happy!

      Cons

      The flexibility of the company seems to come at a price of not enough people skilled in the area they should be and lots of confusion and lack of processes.

      There is freedom to approach each project as you see fit. Strong support from senior leadership.

      When several programs peak at the same time the hours start to creep up pretty quickly.

      internal data silos, lack of uniform internal guidelines result in folks reinventing the wheel.
