Pros
My colleagues made the company, without them the company as a whole doesn't function. Lots of good, passionate, ambitious people all working in sync.
Cons
Where to start.. the company nearly goes bust due to reckless spend (many responsible still with the company..) where good colleagues suffered, either losing their job/redundancy or staying in the company and having to double job or have a huge amount of extra tasks. Working from home is now not an option due to senior mgmt wanting everyone in the office all the time, based on zero data... There are better companies to give your time and effort to. Not what it used to be where you are just another body.
