      Pros

      I like working here because I felt that each person here is an important part of the company. Management and owner listen to employees ideas, and give just the right freedom to be creative and learn how to make decision.

      Cons

      We used to have automatic salary increase annually, not to mention the bonus equivalent to one month salary. We didn't have it since last year.
