      Pay is ok, but nothing special

      Shady management, layoffs, not willing to listen to boots on the ground, unreasonable deadlines and totally understaffed.

      Flexible work schedule, and nothing more

      Cons

      Working on Legacy systems, and no real vision to expand according to the current technology. Always running after third party vendors for solutions instead of developing it's own solutions
