Great place to work. - Anonymous employee ViaDirect Marketing Employee Review

I was employed with ViaDirect Marketing for a few years. They treated me like family and were caring to my personal needs. The owners are really great people and care about you as a person. The pay was competitive with those in the industry and growth was mediocre. They really liked having their workers involved in events they would hold such as company parties or gatherings. When I was working at ViaDirect Marketing, I felt like the owners were part of my family. They knew about my life and I knew about theirs. I enjoyed my job and most of the people I worked with.

There were no health benefits offered at the time. Some of the managers have an ego and behind the the owner's back treated a few of us with disrespect quite often. This is the ultimate reason why I left the company, otherwise I honestly would have stuck around because I enjoyed my job and the owners.
