      Pros

      Lots and lots to learn. One can quickly take on the ownership and responsibility on modules and/or products. Possibility to discuss the features with business heads, cto and ceo directly.

      Cons

      No fun call-center oriented approach much of the processes are coming into practise slowly... both technical and non-technical no cafetria
