      non formal work setting flat organization structure

      Cons

      Very long working hours. Staffs made to undertake one day of Non Paid Leave per week (after Covid 2019), resulting in around 20% lost of income.

      As we all know, 2020 has been a challenging year, and ViSenze has not been spared by the economic impact like many others globally. However, from the onset, our main goal has been to ensure that all ViSenzers will be able to ride through the storm together as one.       Pros

      The ViSenze team is solving tough business problems with Computer Vision and AI. I've had the chance to work alongside some of the brightest people I've known both on the business and engineering sides. Many opportunities to learn from some of the best and have fun fun doing so.

      Cons

      As is the case with most startups, especially in the field of AI, the pace is very brisk. This combined with the global footprint of the company means there is no place for those looking to coast, and advancement is based on merit, not on seniority. All good things in my book but not for everyone.
