      Workers were very nice, a friendly atmosphere.

      Cons

      Poor management asking for not realistic targets. Harsh environment were denigrate employees was the norm. The group of VP were doing a lot of micromanagement.

      Quite job, salary average-low. You get what you deserve

      No possibilities of growing, the communication is very poor btw management and operators
