      Pros

      Good for interns as they are friendly with interns to maintain their reputation with Concordia University

      Cons

      Fully onsite, no flexibility. WFH will affect your KPI. Super strict regulation including applying for sick days, but only applied to certain people. Micro administrative management, including tissues usage, but no proper client/project management. No clear KPI structure as everything is based on how much they like you. Biased, do not treat employees equally. Forced unpaid Christmas leave. Don't get a lot of project, therefore, billable rate is low. This is blamed on their employees and affect their KPI. Not a lot of senior to guide you. No career advancement plan.

      Cons

      - The current office location can be far for some people, although a new office next to REM is planned, which should make things easier. - There is a lot going on at the same time, so you need to be motivated, organized, and comfortable keeping up with new technologies and innovations.
